Policies and Restrictions

•   The Renter must be 21 years or older and there is a limit of Two Adults and Two Children.
•   No Smoking or Pets allowed.
•   Reservation Deposit: $100, except $300 if monthly rental.
•   The Reservation Deposit is refundable up to 60 days prior to arrival and non-refundable thereafter, unless we rent it to someone else. Upon arrival, it is credited to the Damage Deposits and Rent due.
•   The Reservation is not booked until the Reservation Deposit is received.
•   The Damage Deposits are refunded by check after your departure less any Damage or Loss.
•   All Deposits and Rent must be paid in full upon arrival. Rent is non-refundable. We accept Cash, Traveler's Check, Certified Check, Personal Check (check must be received 7 days prior to arrival) or Major Credit Cards.
•   Rent is subject to a 11% Florida Resort Sales Tax.
